We met Chris Wood at a property we went to view in November 2020. He showed good knowledge of the property and his communication was fantastic. At that time, we also had our property on the market and this was marketed by a well known estate agent firm. We were able to compare their level of communication and commitment of that estate agent and the ones we have used previously with that of Chris and these were miles apart. Therefore, we decided to market our property with Chris after our contract ended with them in April 2021. We were not disappointed, he demonstrated a high level of professionalism and consistency. Chris is absolutely amazing at his job and goes above and beyond of what we would expect from any estate agent. From the first time we met Chris he couldn’t do enough for us and was contactable pretty much all hours of the day including Sundays!
